拮抗菌与有机肥配合防治大豆疫霉病害研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同浓度及比例的拮抗菌舒展曲霉与以鸡粪为主发酵而成的有机肥混合制成生物有机肥,防治盆栽大豆疫霉根腐病。结果表明:生物有机肥能满足大豆生长期间的养分需求,抑制大豆疫霉根腐病的发生,大豆疫霉根腐病发生率比对照下降51%~88%;促进大豆植株生长,生物量比对照增加31%~67%;大豆植株抗氧化酶活性过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)分别比对照增加48%~235%、97%~246%、55%~233%,丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照下降55.6%~77.8%;大豆根际土壤微生物区系中病原真菌种群数量比对照下降77%~94%,以有机肥中舒展曲霉活孢子1×10~7cfu·g^(-1)处理效果最佳。 Different concentrations and ratios of antagonistic microbes, Aspergillus effusus Tiraboschi, mixed with chicken-based fermented organic fertilizer were investigated to control the Phytophthra sojae of soybean in pot experiment. Results showed microbial organic fertilizer (bioorganic fertilizer) can inhibit root rot incidence of soybean, the inci- dence rate was decreased by 51%-88% compared to that in CK while the biomass of soybean plant was promoted with increament of 31 %-67%. Furthermore, microbial organic fertilizer greatly raised the activities of antioxidant enzymes CAT, POD, SOD, with the increments of 48~ --235 ~//00, 97%-246%, 55%-233%, while the content of MDA was decreased by 55.6%-77.8%. The population number of pathogen fungi was reduced 77% -94% in treatments of microbial organic fertilizers. The optimal microbial organic fertilizer was the combinations of A. effusus viable spore 1 × 10^7 cfu · g^-1 with orgamic fertilizer.
