智能电网在新一代配电网上的运用实施研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对智能配电网的概念、组成及实现方式的介绍,结合传统电网的演进,描述了将当前输电网完全成熟的变电站控制与保护系统向下缩减接口信号数量的方式。在不牺牲远程控制与保护功能的条件下,以配电网能够承受的优化建设与运行成本,按照输电网运行方式进行中压配电网的运维调整,大幅减少客户的停电损失和延长配电网资产的使用寿命。同时,结合国内外的具体智能电网发展,进行了总结和远期展望。 Through introducing smart distribution network concept, components and deployment ways, in the meanwhile combining with traditional network evolution, this paper descr/bed that by down-scaling the fully-blown substation control and protection system as is currently used at transmission level to the limited number of interface signals and especially to the low price level of the distribution area in the grid, without sacrificing tele-control and protection functions, a medium voltage distribution grid operated like a transmission grid is plausible. The substantial reduction of customer interruptions/minutes lost and the extended lifetime of the assets should allow for the relative modest investment. Additionally, this paper also summarized smart grid development phase and explained the further smart grid vision on distribution network.
