摘要
为保证、提高工程质量,针对工程不同特点、特性、施工方案、施工方法、施工工序等,对工程质量影响因素进行分析,避免分析过程中出现针对性不强、重点不明确、不突出、不准确等问题.在工程施工过程中,对影响工程质量的因素(4M1E)进行分析与研究时,更新、拓宽分析思路;在进行影响质量问题原因统计分析时,针对不同种类的工程及工程具体特点将影响工程质量的五大要素(4M1E)进行不同的排列组合分析,并按影响工程质量的程度分出主次顺序,不同对待.新的分析法对保证工程质量更有效.
In order to ensure and improve the construction quality, this paper made analysis based on constructions with different characteristics, features, construction scheme, construction methods, construction processes, the factors of affecting construction quality, so as to avoid the problems such as: the pertinence was ambiguous, the emphasis was not clear, not prominent, inaccurate and so on. This research carried out an analysis of the factors (4M1E)affecting construction quality during the process of construction. The authors renewed and set up a new thinking route. For statistical analysis of influential factors on the quality problem, the five factors (4M1 E) were analyzed in different permutation and combination according to different styles and construction characteristics. The 4M1E were separated in primary and secondary order and treated differently with influential degree on the construction quality. The new analysis method is more effective to guarantee the project quality.
