摘要
介绍6.50R16全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径746mm,断面宽182mm,行驶面宽度142mm,行驶面弧度高3.2mm,胎圈着合直径403mm,胎圈着合宽度146mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.03,花纹深度12mm,花纹饱和度75.5%,花纹周节数为60。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+1HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用2层3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 6.50R16 light truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken, overall diameter 746 ram, cross-sectional width 182 mra, width of running surface 142 mm,height of running surface 3.2 mra, bead diameter at rim seat 403 ram,bead width at rim seat 146 mm,raaxiraum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 1.03, pattern depth 12 mm,block/total ratio 75.5%,and total number of pitches 60. In the construction design, the following processes were taken., three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 3 × 0.24/9 × 0. 225+1HT steel cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 3X0.20+6X0.35HT steel cord for belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires, and using tire shaping and curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performancemet the requirements of relative design and national speed performance met the requirements of enterprise
