促进农业科研单位科技产业发展的策略探究——以河南省农业科学院为例

Studies on Strategy for Promoting the Development of Science and Technology Industry of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions,Taking Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

文章结合当前国家科技产业有关政策,以河南省农业科学院为例,分析了其科技产业发展现状及存在的问题,并从完善其集团公司运行体制机制、深化院属科技企业改革、加快推进种业商业化育种新体系建设、加强科技产业高层次经营管理人才的引进和培养等方面提出了新政下其科技产业发展的主要策略,以期对兄弟农科院科技产业发展有所帮助和启发。

Combined with the national industrial policies, taking Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, current situation and existing problems of development of science and technology industry were elaborated in detail in the paper. Main strategies for the development of the science and technology industry under the new policy were put forward, such as perfecting the operation mechanism of group corporations, deepening the reform of science and technology enterprises, accelerating the construction of commercial seed breeding system,strengthening the introduction and training of high level management talents. This was to provide some help and inspiration values for developing science and technology industry in other Academies of Agricultural Sciences.
