纳米硫化镉与常规硫化镉对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性 被引量:3

Reproductive toxicity of nano-cadmium sulfide and normal-sized cadmium sulfide on male mice

摘要 目的比较纳米硫化镉(nano-CdS)与常规硫化镉(CdS)对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性。方法将36只SPF级雄性ICR小鼠随机分为对照组(生理盐水)、nano-CdS组和常规CdS组(50 mg/kg),每组12只,经口灌胃染毒,连续45 d,检测睾丸组织中镉含量,观察小鼠精子畸形率及睾丸组织病理学变化。结果 nano-CdS组睾丸镉含量高于常规CdS组,且两处理组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。病理学观察显示处理组小鼠睾丸出现不同程度损伤,而且nano-CdS组小鼠病变程度轻于常规CdS组。常规CdS组精子畸形率均高于对照组、nano-CdS组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),nano-CdS组精子计数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 nano-CdS和常规CdS均可蓄积于小鼠睾丸组织,且nano-CdS蓄积水平较高,两者对小鼠均会产生一定程度的生殖毒性,且nano-CdS对于睾丸组织的毒性低于相同剂量的常规CdS。 Objective To compare the effects of normal cadmium sulfide(CdS) and nano-CdS on the male reproductive system of mice. Method A total of 36 male ICR mice were randomly divided into control group(physiological saline), nano-CdS group(50mg/kg body weight) and CdS group(50 mg/kg body weight) respectively. After 45 days, levels of cadmium accumulation in testis were detected and the rate of survival sperm, deformityand testicular histopathological changes were also observed.Results The levels of cadmium in testis of two experimental groups were higher than the control, and that in nano-CdS group was higher than CdS group significantly(P〈0.05). Both the two materials could induce histopathological changes of testistissues in mice,which was obvious induced by normal CdS at the same concentration. The rates of sperm deformity in two experimental groups were higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference among the CdS group and the control group(P〈0.05). Sperm viability of nano-CdS groups was decreased significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion The accumulation of nano-CdS and normal CdS both are found in mice testis,which is higher for nano-CdS, and two materials can induced reproductive toxicity to mice testis, which is stronger induced by normal CdS.
