摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法可在酸性汗液中测定可萃取铅、铬、铜和汞,以解决酸性汗液中高盐基体对可萃取铅、铬、铜、汞的干扰问题。通过一系列不同酸度的测试结果,得出消除基体干扰的最佳条件。该方法的检出限均小于0.0781μg/L,回收率在90.5%~106%之间,精密度小于1.11%。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) is applied to the determination of ex- tractable Pb, Cr, Cu, Hg in acidic sweat. The problem of matrix interference of extractable Pb, Cr, Cu, Hg in acidic sweat is solved. Through a series of different acidity test results, the optimum conditions of elimination of matrix interferences are obtained. Using this method, the detection limit is less than 0.0781 g/L, the recoveries are 90.5%-106%, and the precision is less than 1.11 %.
