回顾美国国家卫生网站以及Pubmed、CNKI等数据库,检索护理质量管理相关报告和文献,了解美国护理质量评价与管理的研究进展,包括护理质量评价与管理的实践基础、评价体系的构成与应用、美国护理质量评价与管理方法及其应用等,探讨我国护理质量管理的新思路,为我国护理质量管理提出借鉴与参考。

This paper reviewed related websites in the United States and literatures from Pubmed and CNKI, and concluded theoretical basis, critical tools, evaluation system and its application, so as to extract valuable information and transform into reference and suggestions for our practice, on the basis of which, we explored new pathways for nursing quality development in China.
