Information technology serves as an indispensable means in scientific test management. Online scoring has succeeded in ensuring accuracy and safety in paper-marking by contrast to a traditional way. Facing various problems such as constant increasing in test subjects, imbalance distribution of exam candidates, length of schooling as well as complicated organizations of test affairs management, the paper intends to reveal the necessity and feasibility in information technology through online scoring, so as to realize information management. Moreover, the paper puts emphasis on key issues in the practice of online scoring and the necessity of scientific management in the process of information construction based on many examples.
