摘要
以某一型号合流卸荷阀为例,在分析其结构特点与工作原理的基础上,运用AMESim软件搭建了其仿真模型,对该合流卸荷阀进行动态特性仿真并进行试验验证,通过试验与仿真结果的比较验证了仿真模型的正确性,同时说明该卸荷阀具有压力超调量小与卸荷压力小的优点,最后在AMESim平台上运用遗传算法优化原理对主阀参数进行优化,优化后的仿真结果表明卸荷压力有所减小,通过该项研究可以为该型卸荷阀的优化设计提供一定的参考作用。
Taking a model of confluence unloading valve as example, a simulation model is built by using AMESim based on its mechanical structure and working principle, study on its dynamic characteristic simulation and experimental verification. The simulation and test results are compared and analyzed, which shows that the AMESim simulation model is correct and the unloading valve has the advantages of small overshoot and less pressure loss. The optimal design of main valve parameters was carried out based on AMESim and genetic algorithm, the optimization results indicate that the unloading pressure was reduced, it provides some reference for the optimization design of unloading valve.
