摘要
该公司为某型机研制的一种直动型电磁阀在试验过程中出现开启响应时间超差现象。该文从理论分析、计算及工程经验三个方面,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了一种提高开启响应时间的工艺改进。改进后的电磁阀已小批量生产并通过试验,验证了工艺改进的可行性。
The company has developed a certain type of aircraft direct-acting solenoid valve, occurred during the test turn on response time pull fault tolerance phenomenon. This paper from the theoretical analysis, calculation and engineering experience in three aspects, analyses the causes of the failure, ang puts forward an improved turn on response time improvement process. The improved solenoid valve has been small batch production, and through experiment verify the feasibility of process improvement.
