介绍了同一炉组中2座焦炉不同结焦时间的操作方式,及其优缺点。以唐山佳华煤化工有限公司2座JN60焦炉为例,说明了同一炉组2座焦炉不同结焦时间的推焦计划编排、推焦操作,用实践证明同一炉组2座焦炉采用不同结焦时间是可行的。
It is introduced the operation methods and their merits and faults for different coking time in two coke ovens in same set of furnace. Taking two JN60 coke ovens in Jiahua as example, it is stated the coke pushing plan and operation for different coking time. And it is proved in practice that different coking time is feasible for two coke ovens.
