摘要
采用实例收集和对比分析的方法,比较了中国具有园艺一级学科博士学位授予权的19所院校与美国具有园艺博士学位授予权的31所高校的园艺博士生培养方案,发现两国在博士生培养环节上基本相似,但在具体实行过程中存在明显的差异。我国园艺学科博士生培养应该完善入学机制,加强导师队伍建设,重视基础理论学习,健全博士考核体系,鼓励创新型科学研究,从而达到提高博士生培养质量的目的。
Information for doctoral training program from 19 universities and research institutes in China as well as 31 universities in the United States were collected and comparatively analyzed. The overall doctoral training processes are similar between two countries. However, there are significant differences during the implementation processes. Suggestions on improving admission system, developing the advisor team, devoting attention to theoretical study, improving evaluation system for doctoral student, and encouraging innovative research are proposed to improve the quality of doctoral training.
