门诊处方中成药不合理应用构成分析及预防措施

Unreasonable application analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription and preventive measures

目的探讨门诊处方中成药的不合理应用情况,并提出相应的预防措施。方法随机抽取本院门诊中成药处方资料,对处方中中成药的用法、用量、配伍、剂型、适应证进行分析,计算不合理性的构成比例。结果累计分析处方7300张,其中,中成药应用不合理的处方563张,占处方总量的7.71%;主要原因是剂型选择不合理、用法不当、禁忌证用药不当、中西药配伍不当、适应证不明确等,以适应证不明确所占比例最大,占不合理处方的37.48%。结论本院门诊处方中成药的应用仍存在一定的不合理性,需要加强监督管理,提高对于合理用药的重视程度,最大程度保证患者用药安全有效。

Objective To explore unreasonable application of Chinese medicine prescriptions and put forward some corresponding preventive measures. Methods Selected randomly outpatient prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines, usage, dosage, compatibility, dosage form, indications for analysis of prescription medicine, calculate the irrational proportion. Results All 7300 prescriptions were analyed, in which, the application of Chinese unreasonable prescriptions of 563, accounting for 7.71% of the total prescriptions; the main reason was the unreasonable choice of usage, dosage, contraindications, improper use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, improper indications were not clear to meet does not explicitly account for the largest proportion, accounting for unreasonable 37.48% of the prescription. Conclusion The application of outpatient prescription in traditional Chinese medicine hospital still exists certain irrationality, need to strengthen supervision and management, improve the degree of attention to rational drug use to maximumly guarantee safe and effective medication.
