摘要
针对商业银行在开发客户个人信用评分时存在数据不平衡、拒绝偏差、指标体系缺陷等问题,结合学术研究与实践经验,总结开发通用个人信用评分的一般流程,建议加强对个人评分系统的定性检验,提高预测的准确性和稳定性;推动商业银行对通用个人信用评分进行验证,寻找评分最佳应用方式;拓展通用个人信用评分的应用领域,不断提升评分的社会影响力。
In response to the problems in developing customized personal credit scoring by commercial banks suchas imbalanced data, refusal of deviation, and defects of indicator system, combined with academic research andpractical experiences, the paper sums up and develops the general procedures for universal personal credit scoring,and puts forward the following suggestions: to strengthen the qualitative test of personal scoring system so as to im-prove prediction accuracy and stability; to promote commercial banks in verifying universal personal credit scoring soas to find a best way to scoring ; to expand application fields of universal personal credit scoring so as to continuouslyimprove social influence of scoring.
