立体定向显微手术切除颅内小病灶19例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结立体定向显微手术切除颅内小病灶的临床经验。方法对19例直径为0.8~3.5cm的颅内病灶进行显微手术切除。结果所有病灶均定位精确,一次手术切除,无死亡病例。病理性质:脑胶质瘤(WHOⅠ-Ⅱ)级6例,转移瘤3例,慢性炎性肉芽肿3,脑猪囊虫3例,脑脓肿2例,海绵状血管瘤2例。结论立体定向显微手术切除颅内小病灶病变是一种定位精确、侵袭性小、安全有效的手术方法。
