The role of microRNAs in liver fibrogenesis

摘要 微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,在肝纤维化形成中miRNAs可出现表达异常,这些异常表达的miRNAs不仅参与调控肝损伤修复反应,而且可作为评估肝功能储备的分子标志物。本文就miRNAs在肝纤维化发生发展中作用的研究进展作一综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogeneous,small,non-conding RNAs,various miRNAs become dysregulated in the development of liver fibrosis and play vital roles in the wound-healing response to liver injury.The miRNAs may become potential molecular biomarkers to evaluate hepatic functional reserve.This review summarize the recent findings of miRNAs in the development and progress in liver fibrosis.
