摘要
以沙滩清洁为背景,基于虚拟样机技术,设计了沙滩清洁车的举升机构。首先,利用CREO实现了沙滩清洁车的举升机构三维实体建模;将其导入到ADMS/VIEW建立虚拟样机模型,通过设置材料、定义约束、加载载荷等进一步操作进行运动学仿真并测量得到各个关键铰点的受力情况。为了实现举升机构的结构设计更加合理,各个铰点采用参数化建模,使机构做进一步的优化设计。最后仿真结果表明所设计的举升机构满足使用要求,研究内容有较高的应用价值。
The lifting mechanism of beach cleaner were designed based on virtual prototype technology. It can be used to clean the beach. First, a there-dimettsional model with the lifting mechanism of beach cleaning vehicle was buih in CREO software; then, the formatted model was imported into the ADMS/VIEW for kinematic and dynamic simulation by setting materials, defining constraints and further operations sttch as loading, at last getting all the key point of the force. In order to achieve more reasonable design of lifting mechanism, each key point used parametric modeling to the agency for further optimization. At last, the sim.ulation results show that the lifting mechanism was designed to meet the requirements, which had higher application value.
