可食性豆渣包装纸膜的研究 被引量:9

摘要 研制了一种成本低、性能好、绿色环保的可食性包装纸,研究了豆渣用量、增稠剂、阻油剂等对纸膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:当豆渣用量2.5%、CMC用量0.75%、KGM用量0.75%、蜂蜡用量0.5%、甘油用量1.5%时,该可食性豆渣纸膜其抗拉应力为31.09MPa,溶解速度为3.88mg·s-1,透油系数为7.31g·mm/m-2·d,折痕为一级,且具有表面光滑、柔韧性好、阻油性、阻水性强等特点. A soluble edible cellulose packing membrance with low cost ,good performance and green environmental was developed in this paper .The effects of performance of dosage of bean dregs , thickening agent ,oil resistant agent and water resistant agent were studied . When the dosage of bean dregs 2 .5% ,CMC 0 .75% ,KGM 0 .75% ,beeswsx 0 .5% ,and glycerol 1 .5% ,the quality of the paper was the best ,its stress was 31 .09 MPa ,deliquescent speed was 3 .88 mg/s ,the oil penetration coefficient was 7 .31 g · mm/m ^-2 · d ,and fold level was 1 respectively .Its performance of water absorption ,solubility and flexible performance on paper fimls were better .
