摘要
遥感是实现农田信息快速获取的重要手段,在气象灾害发生后,利用遥感技术提取农作物受害的面积及监测灾害发生程度,对于灾害的评估与及时救助具有重要意义。阐述了农业气象灾害遥感监测在当前特殊历史时期的重要性,对国内外不同农业气象灾害的遥感监测方法进行了综述,通过分析研究中存在的问题,明确了今后农业气象灾害遥感监测应该重点解决的问题,并展望了该技术的发展前景。
Remote sensing is one important method to get field information quickly. After meteorological disasters, it is very significant to monitor the crop' s area and degree with remote sensing for disasters accessing and treatment. In this paper, the importance of monitoring agro-meteorological disasters by using remote sensing at this special historical period was elaborated. Different remote sensing methods of monitoring different agro-meteorological disasters were presented followed by a brief introduction. Finally, the current research highlights, the existing difficulties, the future development trends and the prospect for remote sensing of monitoring agro-meteorological were discussed.
