摘要 目的探讨胃癌中CDK6 mRNA含量的变化。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测胃癌及癌旁组织中CDK6 mRNA的表达。结果胃癌组织中CDK6 mRNA含量为0.433±0.468,癌旁组织为1.304±1.206,两组相比,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 CDK6 mRNA在胃癌癌旁组织表达水平明显高于癌组织。 Objective To explore the expression of CDK6 mRNA in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of CDK6 mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR with GAPDH as an internal reference. Results The expression of CDK6 mRNA was 0.433 ±0.468 in gastric cancer tissues and 1 .304±1 .206 in normal adjacent tissues respectively.It was statistically significant between gastric cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of CDK6 mRNA is higher in normal adjacent tissues of gastric cancer than that in cancer tissues.
