摘要
五阳矿选煤厂重介悬浮液密度以前采用人工控制,人工干预性强,调节灵活性低,精煤损失大。现采用PID自动补水+模糊自动分流的控制方案,降低了人工劳动强度,提高了密度控制精度,为企业带来了良好的经济和社会效益。
For the density of heavy-medium suspension, manual control was used in the Coal Preparation Plant in Wuyang mine, with weaknesses including: strong intervention, inflexibility, and huge loss of clean coal. PID control scheme with automatic filling water and fuzzy automatic distribution decreases the labor intensity and improves the control precision of density, which has brought ideal economic and socialbenefits for the enterprise.
