无创呼吸机联合布美他尼治疗急性左心衰竭的临床疗效观察

Noninvasive Ventilator Combined Bumetanide Treatment the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure

目的 分析无创呼吸机联合布美他尼治疗急性左心衰竭的临床疗效。方法 收集我院2012年11月-2013年11月期间诊治的急性左心衰竭患者78例作为研究对象,每组患者各39例。对照组单纯采用无创呼吸机治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合布美他尼治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果 观察组中显效28例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率为97.46%;对照组中显效22例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率为79.49%。两组数据结果比较具有明显差异P〈0.05。结论 无创呼吸机联合布美他尼治疗急性左心衰竭具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To analyse the noninvasive ventilator combined bumetanide clinical curative effect for the treatment of acute left heart failure. Method To col ect data in November 2012 to November 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 78 patients with acute left heart failure as the research object, 39 cases for each group of patients.The control group only with noninvasive ventilator therapy, observation group in the control group on the basis of combined therapy with bumetanide, to analyze the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results 28 cases in observation group, 10 cases of effective and ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 97.46% ;In the control group 22 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 79.49%.Two groups of data results comparison has obvious difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator combined bumetanide treatment of acute left heart failure with good clinical efficacy.
