法国经济学家托马斯·皮克迪《21世纪资本论》风靡全球,提出了资本与社会公平的新观点,值得我们借鉴.发达国家城镇化过程,启示我们要妥善处理政府调控与市场配置资源的关系,高度重视绿色发展的国际趋势.我国快速城镇化进程中,存在科学研究积累有限、面临"中等收入陷阱"的威胁、人口资源环境发展不协调、城镇规划建设缺乏地域文化特色等突出问题,未来新型城镇化要坚持质量提升的正确方向,坚持以人为本的核心理念,坚持城乡一体的政策目标,坚持绿色发展的国际趋势.

Capital in the Twenty-First Century written by French economist Thomas Piketty,put forward a new view of capital and the social justice,which provides reference for us. The process of urbanization in developed countries, reminds us to properly handle the relationship between government regulation and market resources allocation ,and to pay high attention to the international trend of green development. In the process of rapid urbanization in China , there are prominent problems as follows. The accumulation of related scientific research is limited;The threat of“middle-income trap”is obvious;The population resources and environment development are uncoordinated;The urban planning and construction are lack of regional cultural features. The future new urbanization should adhere to the right direction of quality improvement,the core idea of people-oriented,the policy objectives of urban and rural integration,and the international trend of green development.
