关于头孢米诺使用的研究分析

目的研究头孢米诺的药性以及使用方法,加强这种药物的临床推广。方法研究头孢米诺的药理、药动学以及用法等方面的知识,分析其在使用中容易产生的不良反应,避免患者在使用中出现过敏等症状。随机抽取我院头孢米诺使用患者的病历270份,填写"不良反应类型及临床表现调查表"。结果头孢米诺应用于注射,皮肤消化道不良反应发生率高和老年患者不良反应发生率高,应注意用法用量。结论在使用前,要对患者进行过敏反应实验,并在使用中注意观察患者反映,保障药物使用安全。

Objective Research the effects of the medicine and the method of the use of Cefminox to enhance the drug＇s clinical practice. Methods Research Cefminox＇s pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and other aspects of knowledge in use, analyze its foremost adverse reactions, avoid patients＇ allergy symptoms appearing. Randomly selected 270 patient records which use Cefminox for treatment, fill out the adverse reaction types and clinical manifestations survey. Results Cefminox used by injection, the incidence of adverse reactions about skin, gastrointestinal and elder patients is high. So we should note its dosage. Conclusion Allergy test of Cefminox is essential before use. Carefully observe the patients＇ reflections to ensure safety.
