依据产业融合理论和产业生命周期理论,分析研究了军民结合产业特质及成长机理,揭示了军民融合动因、融合过程以及军民结合产业特征、成长动力模型,并从政策干预、竞争策略设计、产业融合风险管控等角度,提出了进一步优化军民结合产业培育发展对策建议。

In this paper, based on the theory of industrial convergence and industry life cycle theory analysis research and combining industry characteristics and growth mechanism, reveals the civil-military integration motivation, fusionprocess, and military and industry characteristics, growth dynamic model, and from policy interventions, the competition strategy design, industry risk controls the view put forward countermeasures to optimize the development path of civilmilitary integration industry.
