摘要
高血压与糖尿病同时存在使心血管病危险因素明显增加，糖尿病引起的代谢紊乱可加重左心室结构及功能的损害。本研究显示高血压伴糖尿病组左心室肥厚发生率更高，程度更重，左心室功能受损更明显，并且与血糖升高程度有关，提示改善非血液动力学因素与降压治疗具有同样重要的意义。
Coexistent hypertension(HP)and diabetes mellitus(DM)markedly increases the risk and accelerates the course of cardiovascular disease.In this study,the patients with HP associated with DM had higher IVST,PWT,LVM and LVMI,and lower CO,LVEF than the control group.It is suggested that the abnormalities of hydrodynamics and metabolism in DM likely contribute to the damages of the left ventricular structure and function in HP.It is considered that it is important to improve the factors of nonhydrodynamics and to lower blood pressure.
