当前 ,网络贸易的出现向传统贸易提出了全方位的挑战 ,传统贸易的经营管理模式、管理手段和有关的法律法规都将发生重大改变。与传统贸易相比 ,网络贸易具有高效率、低成本、高效益等优点。网络贸易给各国经济带来新的发展机遇 ,创造更多的贸易增长 ,是企业参与国际市场竞争的必然选择。 2 1世纪 ,网络贸易必将逐步取代传统的贸易 ,并成为国际贸易的主流模式。对于目前我国开展网络贸易中存在的问题和障碍 ,必须采取切实可行的应对措施 ,以迎接全球网络时代的到来。

At present, the presence of network trade challenges traditional trade omnibearingly.Traditional trade will face great change in the fields of marketing management mode, management methods as well as relevant laws. Compare with traditional trade, network trade possesses the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,high benefits. Network trade also brings with new developing opportunities; creates more trade increase. That's the only one choice for enterprises to enter imternational marketing competition.In the 21st centruy, network trade will eventually replace traditional trade, and become the dominant mode in international business. As for the problems and obstacles existing on the way to network trade in China, we should take practical countermeasures and meet the coming of global network time.
