中医顺势治疗的临床应用

Clinical Application of Chinese Medical Conformational Treatment

综合古今文献 ,阐释中医顺势治疗的涵义 ,探讨中医顺势治疗的临床应用。中医顺势治疗包括顺应正气抗邪之势 ,顺应人体气机升降之势 ,顺应脏腑苦欲喜恶之势 ,顺应脏腑经络气血时间变化之势 ,顺应体质差异之势。认为中医顺势治疗与中医逆势治疗各有不同的前提 ,可结合临床实际具体运用。指出中医顺势治疗与西方国家的顺势疗法名同实异。

On the basis of ancient and present literature,the connotation of Chinese medical conformational treatment is expounded to investigate its clinical application.Chinese medical conformational treatment includes the conformity to the health qi fighting pathogen,to the ascendence and descendence of qi activity,to the visceral preference and non-preference,to the changes of viscera,meridian,qi and blood,and to the individual consititution.It is believed that Chinese medical conformational treatment and reverse treatment are based on different conditions and may be combined to apply.Chinese medical conformational treatment is different from the homeotherapy in the western countires.
