摘要
面对我国加入 WTO后的运输、仓储业发展,提出基于供应链管理( SCM)的第三方物流战略构思,其内容涉及基于 SCM的经营理念转变、经营主体角色定位、流程重新设计等问题,其结论对西部大开发新建企业也有参考作用。
The paper structures the strategy of third party logistics based on supply chain management( SCM) for transport, warehousing after China joins WTO. The content relates business ideas changing, logistics operator' s positioning and business process reengineering etc. The conclusions are important for new business to develop western China.
