摘要
分析了异种钢焊接接头冷弯开裂的特征,研究了其影响因素。试验结果表明:焊条类型、矫正焊接变形及弯轴压偏,对异种钢接头冷弯开裂倾向有明显的影响;冷弯试验标准也有较大影响;碳弧气刨清根及试件表面光洁度影响不大;焊接工艺的影响比较复杂。采用Cr20Ni10Mn6合金系统低氢型焊条能明显改善接头抗冷弯开裂性能。
The features and effecting factors of cracking for the specimens of dissimilar metal joints at cold state bending are analyzed in the paper. The results obtained from experiment show that the kind of electrodes, the value of weld distortion corrected and the deviation of bending pressure from axis exert definitely effect upon the cracking of joint specimens. The criterion of cold bending test has clearly effect also. The roughness of specimen surface and air carbon arc gouging state have only slightly effect. The effect of procedure parameters on the cracking has a complex pattern. The cracking tendency of joint specimen as cold bending will be reduced by using the Cr20Nil0Mn6 alloy system low hydrogen electrode and joint quality will be improved.
