摘要
目的 探讨诊断级B超对人胚胎发育的安全性。方法 将 12 0名孕 6~ 8周拟行人工流产的孕妇随机分成 6个组 (Ⅰ~Ⅵ ) ,其中Ⅰ为正常对照组 ,Ⅱ~Ⅴ依次为辐照 5分钟、 10分钟、 2 0分钟、 30分钟后于 1小时内取绒毛检测组 ,Ⅵ为辐照 30分钟后于 7~ 10天取绒毛检测组。分别检测各组绒毛组织的化学变化。结果诊断剂量超声辐照 2 0分钟可致人体宫内绒毛组织发生化学变化。丙二醛 (MDA)值随超声剂量增加而升高(PⅠ -Ⅲ >0 0 5 ,PⅠ -Ⅳ <0 0 1,PⅠ -Ⅴ <0 0 5 )而超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH - px)活性随超声辐照剂量增加而下降 (PⅠ -Ⅲ >0 0 5 ,PⅠ -Ⅳ <0 0 1,PⅠ -Ⅴ <0 0 1)。对照组与Ⅵ组比较P >0 0 5 ,提示损伤作用是可逆性的。结论 诊断超声辐照 2
Objective The effects of diagnostic ultrasound on human embryos in early pregnancy were investigated.Methods The villous taken from 120 normal pregnant whose plan induced abortion in early pregnant women were divided into six groups:Ⅰ(control group),Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴand Ⅵrespectively exposed for 5,10,20,30 minutes lipid peroxides change detected after 1 hour,Ⅵ for 30 minutes, lipid peroxides change detected after 7~10 days.Results Exposure of conventional diagnostic ultrasound for 20 minutes could result in lipid peroxide change of human villous cells. The value of MDA was increased with ultrasound exposure time(P Ⅰ-Ⅲ >0 05,P Ⅰ-Ⅳ <0 01,P Ⅰ-Ⅴ <0 05=,while the level of SOD and GSH-px was decreased with ultrasound exposure dosage(P Ⅰ-Ⅲ >0 05,P Ⅰ-Ⅳ <0 01,P Ⅰ-Ⅳ <0 01=.Such changes became normal after 7~10 days(P>0 05).Conclusion It is latency harm that diagnostic ultrasound more than 20 minutes could result in lipid peroxide change of human villous cells.
