摘要
本文通过对空心可熔金属芯制造工艺及表面处理工艺的研究 ,成功地实现了Ti3 Al基合金铸件的金属型铸造。研究结果表明 :(1)利用金属型及可熔性金属芯可以铸出合格的Ti3 Al基合金铸件 ;(2 )该技术的重点在于可熔性金属芯的应用 ,可熔性金属芯既要能使合金液圆满充型 ,又要在充型结束后熔化以减少收缩阻力 ;(3 )
Based on an experimental study of the melt able core and its surface treatment technique, the castings with intermetallic compound Ti 3Al based alloy have been successfully cast in the permanent mold. The result shows that first, the Ti 3Al castings can be manufactured by permanent mold casting; second, key of the technology is the use of a melt able core which should not only bear pressure of the mold filling metal melt, but also could reduce the resistance of the core to metal contraction by the core being molten; and finally, the coating of the core is also one of the key technology for ensuring the alloy melt being successfully filled and against its composition being changed.
