摘要 三峡工程永久船闸浮式系船柱安装工程量大 ,质量要求高、施工进度要求快 ,采用传统的施工方法无法满足工程的要求 ,为此 ,施工单位采取了单元厂内组装、构件间加临时内支撑、整体一次安装到位、单元与岩体“M”形连接、随时监控等措施 ,缩短了工期 ,保证了质量 ,节省了投资 ,收到了很好的效果。 This paper describes the construction of the floating mooring bollard in the chamber of Three Gorges Permanent Lock. In the concrete slip form construction of civil project, each installation unit of the mooring bollard, as the embedding part of the first phase metal structure, is made as a whole in factory. Its guiding rail is permanently linked to the protection corner. The temporary support is added between guiding rails and protection corners. After the setting out of ground foundation, the bottom gate unit is positioned and then other units are installed up to the top of gate. The bottom gate unit is taken as a base to measure and adjust the verticality of each gate unit. The connection of each unit and the rock body of gate wall is linked by expansion bolt and anchorage bar. Then slip form construction of civil project is conducted. In the lift of slip form, the monitoring and control are made to ensure the installation quality of the floating mooring bollard in the chamber of Three Gorges Permanent Lock and to reduce installation consumption materials and shorten construction period. All these measures have been proved in the practice.
