摘要
研究了大球盖菇菌丝生长的营养需求及环境条件。结果表明 ,大球盖菇菌丝生长适宜的碳源为葡萄糖 ,适宜的有机氮源为豆粉 ,适宜的无机氮源为硝酸铵 ;大球盖菇菌丝生长适宜的温度为 2 5℃～ 30℃ ,适宜的 pH为 5～ 8,培养料最适含水量为 75%。
