论我国高程基准面问题

On the Problem of National Datum Levels in China

本文对我国旧高程基准面的变比过程和存在问题进行了分析,指出了基准面的观测技术、潮位计算以及现行刊布的各基准面与"56黄海高程系"基准面的高程关系表中的矛盾和错误.阐述了引用潮汐资料过程与我国海面南高北低的影响,对新高程系"85国家高程基准"提出了意见与建议.

The history and problems of old datum levels have been analysed in this paper. Contradictions and errors in base level observation technology, tidal level calculation and the published table of datum level relation between the old base levels and the ' 56 yellew sea level system' are pointed out. The influences of the short tidal data and the ' higher sea level in the south and lower sea level in the north' are expounded. At the end, some ideas and suggestions are put forward for the new level system ' 85 National Datum Level'.
