摘要
针对影响催化裂化装置油浆系统长周期运行的因素 ,结合兰州炼化公司两套催化裂化装置在运行过程中出现结焦、堵塞等问题 ,报道通过改进工艺流程、优化操作条件如降低分馏塔层的温度及液面 ,增加油浆换热时的线速 ,及采用油浆阻垢剂等技术 。
Aiming at the main factors affecting the long term running of FCC slurry system and the coking and fouling problems occurred, countermeasures, such as modifying the flow scheme, optimizing the operating conditions including lowering the bottoms temperature and level of the fractionator and increasing the slurry linear velocity in the heat exchange system, together with adding antifoulant in the slurry, etc., were taken. These measures enabled the long term running of the slurry system.
