摘要
扼要介绍了美国草药使用的历史及现状以及美国草药典委员会成立的背景 ,还重点介绍了美国草药典选择平面色谱 (即现代高效薄层色谱 )在控制草药质量方面应用的理由及实例。
A brief introduction of American Herbal Pharmacopoeia was given and a practical and cost/effective approach-HPTLC (Planar chromatography) has been accepted for herbal medicine identification in AHP, some examples of TLC identification in AHP, some examples of TLC identification used in herbal drug was forwarded in the lecture.
