摘要
介绍了热线风速仪和五孔球探针测定旋风分离器三维流场的原理和方法。研究表明,用五孔球探针可以测定旋风分离器的切向与轴向平均速度,但径向平均速度的测量精度不高。用单斜丝探针旋转法可以精确地测定旋风分离器内三维平均速度分布,而用普通平探针能较准确地测定出切向与轴向平均速度,并可定性地测出流度及脉动速度沿径向的分布。文中还介绍了热线探针的校正方法。
This paper presents the principle and methods for three-dimensional velocity measurement of fluid field in a cyclone separator The measurement result with five-hole probe is accurate for axial and tangential velocity.The three-orientaion inclined hot-wire technique can be used to measure three dimensional velocities accurately.A qualitative determination of turbulence intensity and fluctuating velocity can be obtained with the single-wire probe.The calibration of hot-wire probe is also given in this paper.
