摘要 目的 观察雌二醇对雌性大鼠心肌组织肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及天门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)活性的影响。方法 血清E2 含量用放射免疫分析检测 ,CK、LDH及AST的活性采用速率法检测 ;用双缩脲法测定心肌组织匀浆上清液中的蛋白含量。结果 大鼠摘除卵巢与注射雌二醇 (E2 )后 ,随血清E2 水平的降低或升高 ,心肌组织CK、LDH及AST活性也发生相应的变化。用PMSG诱导未成年大鼠卵泡发育 ,增加E2 分泌 ,心肌组织CK、LDH及AST活性也显著增加。结论 E2 可促进心肌组织合成CK、LDH及AST 。 Objective To observe the relationship between the level of estradiol E 2 in serum and activities of cretin kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and aspartate transaminase (AST) in rat heart muscle.Methods The contents of E 2 in serum were measured by RIA,the activities of CK,LDH and AST in homogenate supernet of heart muscle were measured by ratio method.Results The tendency of changes of serum E 2 and the activities of CK,LDH and AST in heart muscle was identical.In ovariectomized rats,the contents of serum E 2 and the activities of CK,LDH and AST in heart muscle were significantly lower than those in control group( P <0.01).In ovariectomized and injected E 2 group,the content of E 2 and activities of CK,LDH and AST were significantly higher than those in ovariectomized rat( P <0.01).In immature rats injected PMSG,the content of E 2 and activities of CK,LDH and AST increased significantly also.Conclusion The results show that E 2 can increase the activities of CK,LDH and AST in heart muscle.
