摘要
用红外碳硫分析仪 ,研究了在陶瓷坩埚中事先加入助熔剂 ,用高频加热打底造浴等一系列方法 ,使碳空白降至可忽略不计且稳定 ,以达到分析钢铁中超低碳的目的。方法的测定范围为 0 0 0 0 5 %~ 0 0 0 3 0 % ,结果令人满意。
A series of methods such as pre adding flux in ceramic crucible, high frequency heating and bottoming have been studied by Infrared C-S Analyzer and the carbon blank is not only decreased to a negligible value but also very stable. The purpose of analyzing ultra low carbon has been achieved. The determining range of the method is 0.0005% to 0.0030% for carbon. The results are satisfactory.
