摘要
复合电刷镀是一种新的电刷镀工艺方法 ,Ni-金刚石复合镀层的硬度及耐磨性能非常好 ,具有很好的经济、使用价值。本文研究、分析了复合电刷镀Ni-金刚石镀液配方、工作电压、溶液温度、镀笔运动速度等工艺条件对镀层中金刚石含量、沉积速度的影响 。
Composite brush plating is a new kind of brush plating technology. Ni diamond with composite brush plating coating has higher strength, better wear resistance and greater economic application value. In this paper is investigated the effect of chemical compositions, solution temperature, working voltage as well as the moving speed of the brush upon diamond concentration and deposition rate of the coating. Based on the investigation of the above, optimum conditions for composite brush plating coating on diamond are proposed.
