应该明确提出健康智商这一概念 ,其含义是 :健康智商是个人或一个区域的居民所具有的健康意识、健康知识和健康能力水平的反映。健康智商的高低可以用人们已有的健康意识、健康知识、健康能力与应有的健康意识、健康知识、健康能力之比来反映 ,其公式为HQ =HKAPHKOK。作者认为健康智商对于人的健康至关重要 。

We should explicitly put forward the concept of health quotient(HQ).That is to say,HQ reflection of the health consciousness,health knowledge and health level of individual and residents in a region;also the degree of HQ can be reflection through peoples' having health consciousness,health knowledge,health ability with those should have.The author thinks HQ is very important for people's health;furthermore,some suggestions how to raise HQ was proposed.
