摘要
使用由微机控制的快速压力扫描阀测量系统,对30吨转炉氧枪复射流特性进行了冷态试验研究,求得了某一喷嘴射流中心线上的速度衰减、射流中心线朝着氧枪轴线方向相对于喷嘴几何轴线的偏移,以及在不同无量钢轴向距离上的等速度剖面.同时,在上钢三厂30吨转炉上就复射流特性对冶炼过程的影响进行了试验研究.结果表明,喷嘴角度11π/180弧度,喷嘴出口马赫数1.90-1.95,操作枪位35D。时最好.这样,复射流对金属熔池既具有足够冲击能量以便于脱碳,也具有较大的接触面积以便于造渣.在文中.还给出了用冷态射流中心线上速度衰减公式来进行转炉内热态射流计算的修正方法.
Cold model experiments on the characteristics of a multi-jet lance used on a 30-t converter were carried out with a microcomputer con- trolled scanivalve measurement system.Measured data were compiled on the rate of decay of jet centerline velocity from a certain nozzle,the devi- ation of the jet certerline from the geometrical axis of the lance,and the isovelocity profiles at various axial distance from the nozzle The effects of characteristics of the multi-jet lance were investigated experimentally in Shanghai No.3 Steel Works.It was found that the nozzle angle of 11/18 radian,the Mach number at the nozzle exit in the range from 1.90 to 1.95, the location of the lance at 35 D_e height are the optimal conditions,under which the muir-jet lance exerted strong impact on the metal bath used gene- rated large interface so that decarbonizing and slag forming were favoured. authors also proposed a method to modify the formula for the velocity decay The of a cold jet so that the jet velocity under working conditions can be calculated.
