糖尿病神经病变发生机制研究的若干进展 被引量:73

摘要 代谢异常和微血管损害在糖尿病神经病变发病机理中起重要作用。持久高血糖使多元醇通路活性增高 ,脂代谢失常 ,非酶促糖基化作用破坏神经结构及功能 ,微血管障碍引起神经缺血缺氧 ,从而导致神经血管功能失调。近来对神经营养因子的研究广泛且深入 ,已在动物模型中发现这类物质减少导致神经病变 ,而补充则可减轻或逆转对神经功能的损害。
