摘要
利用Al2 O3粉末研磨的全息干版玻璃作为散射屏 ,根据理论分析和实验研究 ,对散斑光强的自相关函数进行了测量。对实验结果分析 ,散斑的自相关函数随着散射屏粗糙度的变化发生规律性的变化。即当散射屏粗糙度改变时 ,散斑颗粒 (自相关函数的第一个极小点所对应的相关间隔 )的平均大小、散斑的自相关函数曲线的下降趋势和散斑自相关函数在大的相关间隔处的渐近值等都按一定的规律变化。实验结果为随机表面统计模型的提出和进一步的理论分析提供了依据。
Using Holographic Plates abraded by Al 2O 3 powers as scattering screens, the autocorrelation function of speckle's intensity is analyzed by theory and experiment.The autocorrelation function varied regularly with differential degree of roughness of random scattering screens. That is, the average size of scattering grains (the correlative interval at the first minimum point of autocorrelation function), the descending curve of the autocorrelation and the rectilinear asymptote of the autocorrelation at the large correlated interval changed regularly with the differential roughness of the scattering screen. The basis is set for both statistical modeling of random surfaces and further theoretical studies.
