左旋精氨酸影响犬实验性冬眠心肌NO与环磷酸鸟苷水平的研究

摘要 目的 在犬短期冬眠心肌模型上观察NO、cGMP水平及左旋精氨酸对其影响。方法  2 6只犬随机分为 3组 :A组 (n =1 0 )灌注生理盐水 ;B组 (n =8)灌注左旋精氨酸 ;C组 (n =8)灌注L -MNNA。结果  3组间左心室舒张末期压、血乳酸、NO及cGMP含量差异显著。左旋精氨酸组明显优于其他 2组。结论 短期冬眠心肌NO、cGMP水平一过性升高 ,左旋精氨酸可提高血浆NO、cGMP水平 。 Objective To investigate the effects of L-arginine on plasma nitric oxide (NO) and cGMP levels hibernating in my ocardium.Methods Twenty-sin dogs were randomly divided into three groups:A (control) group (n=10),whose hibernating myocardium was perfused with normal saline;B)L-arginine group (n=8),with perfusion of L-arginine;C)L-MNNA group (n=8),with perfusion of L-MNNA.Results The left ventrimlar end-diastolic pressure,plasma lactate,NO and cGMP levels were significantly different among the three groups.The L-arginine group was markedly superior to other groups.Conclusions The levels of NO and cGMP in hibernating myocardium temporarily.L-arginine can raise the production of NO and cGMP to protect hibernating myocardium.
