摘要
目的 :对早孕绒毛膜滋养层细胞中EGFR、HCG的表达作定位、定性研究。方法 :取停经 45~ 5 5天健康妇女人工流产的绒毛组织 ,固定 ,石蜡包埋 ,切片 ,用ABC法进行抗HCG及抗EGFR免疫组织化学染色 ,光镜观察。结果 :合体滋养层细胞HCG强阳性反应 ,细胞滋养层细胞HCG阴性 ,部分中间型滋养层细胞HCG阴性或弱阳性 ;合体滋养层和中间型滋养层细胞胞质和核膜EGFR中度阳性 ,细胞滋养层细胞膜、核膜EGFR中度阳性、胞质弱阳性 ,各层滋养层细胞核EG FR弱阳性。结论 :为进一步研究EGF EGFR调控滋养层细胞合成分泌HCG奠定了基础。
Objective:To study the location and qualification of HCG and EGFR expressions in human early pregnant trophoblasts. Methods:The normal placental tissues of 45~55 days from last menstruation were fixed, embedded , sectioned and immunohistochemically stained with anti HCG and anti EFGR respectively (ABC method) The results were observed under the microscope. Results: Syncytotrophoblasts from early placentae were strongly HCG positive. A part of intermediate trophoblasts were positive and cytotrophoblasts were HCG negative. Also, the plasma and nuclei membrane of the syncytotrophoblasts and intermediate were moderately EGFR positive .The cell and nuclus membranes of cytotrophoblasts were moderately EGFR positive despite of weakly positive plasma.Conclusions:This experiment lays a foundation for the further study of the mechanism that how EFGR regulates HCG secretion of trophoblasts.
