摘要
发动机曲轴圆角滚压可以极大地提高曲轴的疲劳强度 ,但滚压后会产生变形 ,传统的弯曲力校直方法会降低由滚压所产生的压应力。新的工艺方法是 :先滚压再测量最后滚压校直。提出了实现这种新工艺方法的加工设备——曲轴圆角滚压智能加工系统。
The fatigue strength can greatly be improved by the method of the eng ine crankshaft fillet rolling, but the deformation may be produced at the same t ime. The traditional crankshaft rectifying method can not be used, because the c ompressing stress at the fillet produced by the rolling will be reduced. The new technology process is that first rolling, and then measuring, at last rolling r ectification. The machining equipment to realize this new technology process is put forward in this article. That is the intelligence machining system for crank shaft fillet rolling. And some characteristics of the equipment and the key tech nologies of making the machine are introduced in this article too.
