升压灵对血压和微循环的药理作用

摘要 目的研究升压灵对血压和微循环的作用。方法应用Olympus_BH微循环显微系统 ,分别观察犬、大鼠和小鼠的球结膜、肠系膜及耳壳微循环 ,应用激光多普勒血流仪(LDFⅢ型)测定血流量 ,应用MCIMPS -B图象分析仪测定血流速度和微血管管径。RM45型多道生理记录仪记录颈动脉血压。结果静脉注射升压灵 ,可迅速升高犬、兔、大鼠血压 ;当给犬静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素 ,可使血压下降和明显的微循环障碍。静注升压灵后 ,血压回升和微循环恢复正常 ;在犬、鼠肠系膜和小鼠耳壳微循环实验中 ,静注升压灵后2min微动脉收缩、血流速度增快、血流量下降 ,5min后 ,微动脉舒张 ,血流量增加。升压灵收缩微血管的效应可被妥拉苏林所阻断。结论升压灵具有通过α受体产生升血压效应和改善微循环障碍的作用。 Objectve To study the effect of Sheng Ya Ling(SYL) Injection on blood pressurr and microcirculation. Methods The bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation、the mesenteric microcirculation and the ear microcirculation were observed on dogs、rats and mice, respectively. The microcirculation was observed with a Olympus_BH microcirculatory microscopy. Quantity of blood flow was measured by a Laser Doppler Flowmeter Ⅲ,velocity of blood stream and diameter were measured by a MCIMPS-B. BP was recorded with a RM45 polygraph. Results SYL given intravenosly can significantly increase BP in dog, rabbit and rat. When the E. Coli endotoxin was injected intravenously into the dog, BP was decreased and the microcirculation disturbance was markly shown, SYL.i.v. BP and microcirculation were almost restored to normal. In the experements on mesenteric microcirculation of rat and ear microcirculation of mice, 2 minutes after SYL.i.v,the arterioles were contracted, the velocity of blood stream became faster,but the quantity of blood flow was decreased, 5 menutes later,the arterioles were dilated and the quantity of blood flow was increased, the contractive effect of SYL could be blocked by Tolazoline. Conclusion Sheng Ya Ling has a pressor effect via α receptor and it has a beneficial effect on microcirculation distubance.
